The source code for Wasteland has not been released. Source code is available for many of the Wasteland-inspired or Wasteland-based programs, such as Wasteland Zero, though, if that would be close enough for you- which probably depends on what you are planning to do with it.

It is highly doubtful that you will find the source code for Wasteland since, as I said, it was never released.. May I ask what you are looking for the source code for?
Wasteland Zero, you say? Tell me more..
Wasteland Zero was a project several years ago to make a prequel to Wasteland. There hasn't (to my knowledge) been any work on it for 4 years or so, but they did get (something) of an editor and engine working, and they released the source code.. The home page is here.. There are more recent wasteland-remake projects, but that is the first one that usually comes to my mind..

I think someone should make a Wasteland that runs in Windows and such....It goes way too fast on my machine, and XP doesn't like it.

Source code? Come ON! The game was made in the 80's, it's probably highly-cryptic assembly instructions.
