<a href="http://gatecentral.net/">Gate Central</a> has posted a <a href="http://www.gatecentral.net/previews/pre ... preview</a> of <a href="http://www.bandits-game.com/">BANDITS</a>, which they saw at ECTS, that groovy little car combat game posted a few posts down. <blockquote>The plot will be familiar to fans of the Mad Max series. World War 3 was a long time ago and the world is now a giant desert where you have to fight to survive. This isn't only some thinly disguised excuse for a multiplayer only game *cough*Quake3*cough* this game has 22 varied missions of single player to go through. Playing as Fennec and Rewdalf you have to fight your way to the treasures of Jericho, and not just by being the best aim and quickest shot.You see this game allows the more tactically minded amongst us to actually fight rather than just blast away at each other. Terrain and cover can be key, you can hide behind rocks, or even in their shadows. You might lure your opponent to an icy area and shred them as they slide past you.
