It's pretty good for reviews. if I wanna buy something, Amazon usually has a bunch of reviews of it. I like to research things I buy so Amazon comes in handy. It's like the yelp of stuff. They make good e-reaaders as well. Who is this Mr.Benzos, the inventor of Bonzi Buddy?

As much as I dislike Amazon I can't help but use it for convenience's sake. I also loathe it because it makes my job that much more difficult at work. We don't have Amazon deliveries in the town I work in so our post office has to deliver all of their packages on top of the regular mail. It's a mess.

Amazon is good for product reviews as Gimp said, I don't get why Amazon can't ship everything in one big box though, it's always separate packages, thought the idea was that it all was shipped from some giga warehouse.
