Feeling good but a bit exhausted! I just relocated to another state and have been busy trying to get settled and it's a bit frustrating when no stores are open!

I dealt with the world's dumbest 20 year old who was sending some nasty ass photos of himself to a 14 year old who looked like Hispanic Peter Griffin who may also be slightly mentally handicapped.

Funny story, but I doubt that La Grange PD (In KY. I dunno about GA) will ever hire me. Having relations with the SWAT leaders wife denies you some job availability. I live in Bardstown now anyways.

Have you ever shouted "I'm a cop you idiot!" like Arnold?
I would do that all the time

Hey Walt so I take it you are ex-army from post 9/11 wars that took a cop career, I was watching this subreddit about shootouts or something and there were alot of dash cam footage of cops getting shot, so anyways is that why you work correctional instead of the street?

Also, tell us some stories from the war ey.

I think there's some confusion going on here.

A. I've never been in the military.
B. I used to work in the state prison system. That's where I was at when I took my sabbatical from the DAC.
C. I've been a street cop for the last 3 years. I don't work the jail.

I see! My bad, I just assumed you were a PTSD vet working jails since you couldn't hack it anymore.

So yeah, got a good cop car? Good partner? How does one join the swat team,is it like a list in the cafeteria where you sign up?

That seems very oddly specific, but thanks? I guess? Saying that makes me miss Hammer tho. Wonder what he's up to nowadays. Probably ruining some mmo for some beta cucks or something.
got a good cop car?
My cruiser is a POS, honestly. 2016 Explorer. I don't think it can go over 134 mph, which is a problem. Also my front passenger door is loose and feels like it's about to come off. anytime I drive above 60 mph, it sounds like a wind tunnel in this MFer.
Good partner?
Most Departments don't do 2 man cars unless someone is FTOing (Rookie being taught and evaluated by a veteran for the first few months). LMPD is the largest department in the state, and they don't. I think that's mostly a New York or LA thing. Being the second man kinda sucks though cause you're cramped in there with nothing to do.

I like the guys I work with for what it's worth.

We don't have one. I imagine you put in a letter of interest when there's an open position though.

I give it 8 out of 5 Jelly Donuts.

My friends convinced me to make a tinder. I don't see any other way of meeting girls at this point, though. I'm working too much to go out anywhere these days.

I'm terrible at picking up on social cues, so Tinder was pretty nice in that sense. Haven't gone on a date in well over a year now, I've started to realize that I seem to be unable to commit to anything really, so why bother with dating either

I'm ready to. More than anything I want to have kids. I can't wait to be a dad.

Despite working together when we both were at the prison, I started dating my now wife through OKCupid for similar reasons (i was working 60 hour weeks back then). We adopted our son last year and it's great. He's easily one of the best decisions I ever made.

Why did you adopt? And congrats!

If I ever wanted a baby I would buy one as well, then they can't blame me for their shitty genes

My wife can't carry to term. We still might try a surrogate down the line, but that's even more expensive than as it turns out adopting was. Adopting my son (Kurt) was way pricier and much more of a headache than I ever thought it was gonna be.
