On the offchance that you actually knew what you were getting into when you decided to post here rather than say, I dunno, any other forum that manages to have over 2 posts every 3 days... A recommendation: Tell your friend to make smarter friends, ones with IQ> the equivalent of a small rock. Ones that'll recommend he plays something fucking intelligent like, say, Fallout 2 instead of wasting his time with this fake libertarian basement dweller gunwanker's virtual pseudo-copy of the anarchist cookbook with even less titties.
