Will the new game feature XP or skill based leveling system?

More importantly will the character become masterfull in all skills just the way it was in Oblivion?

Will the monsters be so dumb and small in numbers?

Will there be unreasonably stupid things such as swimming in heavy armor? And random dialogues about Brahmins?

What about violence, drugs and children in relation to game rating? What about nudity and prostitution?

Can the dialogues and quests be improved? Can it at least partially resemble Fallout 1,2 or Planescape Torment?

Can the game employ complex geometric objects that give you tactical advantage?

What price can I expect for the brahmin armor plug-in?

Hills, trenches, wrecked autos, barrels, rooftops, barricades, multiple windows (Obvlion fetured none), doors that you can shoot through, etc

The enviroment should be fully destructable.

If you have enough ammo you should be able to level a town, or at least plant explosives and blow thru pesky locked doors.

If you have to ask you need to reevaluate your existence.
More importantly will the character become masterfull in all skills just the way it was in Oblivion?
Same as above.
What about violence, drugs and children in relation to game rating? What about nudity and prostitution?
Is that what made Fallout to you? Because you know, when I think Fallout it's definitely 6 pixel breasts and hookers that catch my mind.
Can the dialogues and quests be improved? Can it at least partially resemble Fallout 1,2 or Planescape Torment?
What does Torment have to do with this? Perhaps you are referring to Iso. If that is the case you have simply lost your mind.
What price can I expect for the brahmin armor plug-in?
...What?

Will FO3 stay true to the originals and maintain the dark, post-apocalyptic 50's wasteland feel?

Will it maintain its sense of fear, racial tension (mutants, ghouls, humans, etc), and chaos (see astro's post on violence, drugs, children) in its plot/setting?

Will FO3 be watered down and turned into a "Rated E for everyone" politically correct mess, or will it retain its appeal for an adult audience?

Will the game engine be based and focused around the original FO1/2 engine and avoid extreme experimentation or will it turn into an FPS FO:BOS flop?

Will Bethesda finally do the Fallout series justice where so many others have failed, or will it slap the fanbase in the face with a dead fish yet another time?

What source states that they're using the Oblivion engine? And what source answers those questions? Don't just base it on assumptions.

First of all, those are all yes/no questions. They're of no use unless Pete Hines or some other Bethesda PR spokesman agrees to do a lie detector test. Second, you know what the answer to those 'loaded' questions would be. That is, more of the same PR bullshit we've heard before. Third, be more specific and require more descriptive answers; "Describe the...", "How does...", "What is the..." and so forth.

And yes, Bethsoft has confirmed they are planning to use a customised Gamebryo engine to run Fallout 3. Morrowind and Oblivion used the same engine, among other games.

Is a console version a reason for simplifying dialouge in Fallout 3?

Why did you choose the current combat system(turnbased/realtime)?

Why didn`t you choose (turnbased/realtime) instead?

Why didn`t you come up with the idea of having turnbased and realtime together?

What features did you took over or didn`t took over from the previous Fallout games?

So how is the magic system in Fallout 3, is there any?

Can we expect to see nudity or blood ? What about both?

Where there any gameplay desicions made to satisfy the fanbase instead of the massmarket?

How did you plan to implement the SPECIAL system?

Bethesda likes to make big and open end games, so, can we expect more than one ending in Fallout 3? / Why not? Is the game liniear?

Can i become a slavemaster and sell/buy slaves? Is there any slave-system/Slave-fights/etc.

Is the atmopshere of the whole gameworld still depressing or did you wanted to make the world more optimistic?

Do you have learned anything from Fallout, which you plan to add to the universe of the Elder Scrolls series?

These questions needs to be modified in a way more sarcastic and better english way, of course.

Will the soundtrack have the same unique and atmospheric tone that colored and gave variance to the many regions of the Fallout landscape? Will Mark Morgan (Fallout 1 + 2) be returning to do the soundtrack once more? (Fingers crossed)

Do they (bethsoft) feel that they have any responsability towards the original fans who have made the FO franchise what it is?

And, do they feel that thev have lived up to this responsability or have they sacrificed FO on the altar of EXTREME next-gen gaming?
