It was published here in English long time ago, but now they translated it.

I know there is a children patch for Fallout 2, but i don't know if it works also in FO1. I have the childless version too, unfortunately...

Only the version from Polish "CD Action" magazine doesn't have "Maybe". Instead of the song there's the "Desert Wind" theme.

You missed the Regulator Transmission, Vault Locations v34.129, Brotherhood Tape, Brotherhood Code (which does not appear in the game, but is in the game files). You can find them all here: http://fallout.scifi.pl/f1holodisk.php

Some of them are similar to those that were in the game, but are slightly different.

You can buy F1 + F2 + FT box in Poland for 99 zloty (about 20$). Only Tactics is in Polish, F1 and F2 are in English (UK version).
