Cedega from Transgaming for emulating games. I use it for City of Heroes and Warcraft III VMware for running other OSes, no 3D accel though, but I used to do this to program in Windows. Just keep a dual boot for some games. www.linuxquestions.org or me for all linux-related questions, not here.
