Damn shame, "bucks" are the new currency In the failing global economy.... Maybe that explains why you are broke and can't upgrade. If you could pay "bucks" to upgrade your attitude, that would be great too. Ahew :drunk:

PiP wrote:wtf are you on about, why would i download dx10 if i have a dx9 video card?
How the fuck was I supposed to know your broke ass couldn't afford a DX10 GFX card? I do hope you know that you can get a DX10 supported card for about sixty bucks. :pelvic_thrust:

Vista is the only OS that supports DX10. If you haven't installed a game that has DX10 shaders/pixilation, then you will need to DL it from DirectX. Games with DX10 shaders: GTA IV DeadSpace S.T.A.L.K.E.R. ClearSky Prototype Left 4 Dead 1 & 2 Rise of the Argonaughts Crysis Just a few to boot. An...

I have Vista and GTA IV was a bitch to install. It took me a good couple of hours of research to find out how to make it work. After trying just about everything anyone has done to make it work, I finally found a correct answer. Needless to say, game devs these days really need to pull their head ou...

Interesting indeed! Yeah I've come to the conclusion that I didn't have enough peeps to get invited to the closed beta. In any case you should let me know if it is worth a shit, Hammer.

Meh... you say POS, I say every single frickin' game coming out now'a-days (much like Fallout 3, Supreme Commander, and the likes). Speaking of POS games.... Prototype is one of them. A bloody Spiderman 2 is all it is.... it's a damn shame my brother-in-law dropped fifty bucks on it. :hahano:

Global Agenda Anyone?

So if you are an old PlanetSide'er and have checked this game out already, what do you think? It did win best of show at E3, but in this day-in-age that doesn't mean shit. It does look like a game I would pay monthly for though.

I've been a part of the FE beta for about three months now. It's "ok" at best, constant bugs and graphical glitches make it almost unberable. But if you like to settle for lesser MMO's that probably should be free when they release (but most likely they will charge $15 a month), then this ...

In any case I'm just glad it's back to normal (without passing judgement and such, even though what I witnessed seemed to accelerate my decision-making in this matter...).

Cheers! :drunk:

From that, I learned I killed both NPCs I had access to - Clover thought it would be a great idea to jump off of a cliff to fight the supermutant below, and Charon charged into five supermutants in downtown DC while I was trying to pull back into a cover type position to fight them from. The kids, ...

As for initial thoughts: What everyone says about the npcs is definitely true. They are lifeless. Their mouths might move when they speak, but the talking heads in Fallout and Fallout 2 had more animation than these people do. They're just robots. Liam Neeson wouldn't even look at me. He kept stari...
