This does not surprise me. This is why I play on the PC only niggaz.as are the inaccurate controls

I agree that the PS2 controller is good for driving. I have a PS2 to USB converter and use it for driving when I play Mafia.It's not because you don't have the skills to use a fucking controller that the game sucks. I think the PS2 controller is rather well suited for any racing games.
However for anything else... like moving about and shooting whilst on foot or what have you. The controller couldn't be worse.
I don't care how good you think you are with a controller. You take someone who is exceptionally good with mouse aiming and someone who is with an analog joypad thing... and the mouse aimer will kill them every time. It's more precise.
Even people in the industry have admitted that when you're making a console and PC version you kind of have to dumb down the response times of the enemies and make concessions for the clumsier controls of the joystick.
I wish I could find that interview which Warren Spector said that. However it's totally true.
