So, does anyone know of a way to convert the fallout1/2 .ACM music files to .wav or .mp3 files?

Also: How do you make theme music for an entire mission, or how do you make a song loop multiple times?

Yes I know, there has probably already been a topic on this, but I haven't found it.

There are several acm-wav convertors but the best one is here I think. There are also winamp plug-ins if you like to play the acm files without converting them.

To have music in a mission, you need to play around with the ambient sound text files. It takes a bit of work, but there is a tutorial here as well as in other places. Search these boards more and you should find lots of useful stuff.

Interplay released all the music (or at least most of it), from FO1&2, in mp3 form last year.

I think some of it is available here or at NMA somewhere.

Hm... I wonder which music has the higher quality (ie: were the MP3's build on some high-quality sample or were they build from the ACMs).

Hi All and fallout ranger.

I know about F2 music but F1 music doesn´t exist enywhere. I couldn´t simply find out it. I would like to have it too. If someone from you where is it I will be grateful :anger:

Most of the music is actually in F2, otherwise just use the convertor.
