The role of an Administrator
It's my opinion that it is a forum administrator's duty and responsibility to help make the forum better and more enjoyable for everyone who posts there. Obviously it's impossible to please everyone all the time, but when an administrator is consistantly going against the general will of the people, and stirring up an undue amount of strife, it is time for him to step down. Teatime, you're a hell of a news poster, but you simply micro-manage too much to Administrate here...

Guess you'll have to deal with it.
My thoughts are that most of the admins and mods, including myself, are doing a good job with DAC. I also think the majority of people here agree, though feel free to prove me wrong.

I don't think the 'not caring' thing is a good thing, when it comes to some issues. Most threads we leave to run their course, but, for instance the recent JJ86 thing, I don't find acceptable and if it happened again I'd take the same action. So, like I said, people who don't like it will have to deal with it.
King, myself, Dark Underlord, and a few others came along to help restore/remake DAC so it was working again, some people at Saint's request, some people at mine, and I think we're all doing pretty well, to be honest. Can't please everyone, of course.

At the moment JJ is not being re-admined. Abusing his powers the way he did is really not on and as far as I'/m concerned it means he might do it again when the whim takes him. So he's out of the quesiton.
If you want to be an admin or have a suggestion for someone (this offer is open to everyone), PM myself or King and we'll think about it...

Nah, pm'ing about any position is allowed. It's the posting of threads and stuff like that which is not.

Teatime has done a great job with news and whatnot, and I don't know what KoC is responsibile for, but things have been pretty good and more than flexible with them around here. Berserk admins aside, things are good. More pressure needs to be on the mods, not the admins.
Atoga for admin?

suppose you're thinking about a plate of shrimp. suddenly somebody will say like 'plate' or 'shrimp' or 'plate of shrimp', out of the blue, no explanation.
