Sam and max developers start an adventure game studio... good to see.

Notable things are that Sam And Max 2 could still get a release, and they're considering self publishing.
Self publishing is the way forward for 'hardcore' games, IMO.

seems to me this development company is very much focused on the games and the passion behind them rather than the politics and money side of things. Simpoly because it's a company dedicated to adventure games, and considering self-publishing.

All the major developers are coming from eastern europe. Stalker, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Half-life 2. I think it's because the American market it over-saturated with fats that may contain nuts.
