What purpose does it serve? Teatime steals all the news anyway. Besides whatever gets posted there gets deleted every time.

If you find some news that hasn't been posted, you post it in that forum and an admin will see it and post it. Then your post gets moved to the secret 'deleted threads' forum, as it no longer has any use. What's the problem?

Some good things occasionally come from it. Just leave it be.
suppose you're thinking about a plate of shrimp. suddenly somebody will say like 'plate' or 'shrimp' or 'plate of shrimp', out of the blue, no explanation.
