I get this

The connection was refused when attempting to contact www.duckandcover.cx.

when trying to get to the forums lately. It happened yesterday and today while I was on the forums. It lasted... today I dunno, 30 minutes? And now I can see again.

Yup, getting that too. That's a server / host thing. I have a feeling the double-posting problems are a server problem too...

Server problems are BIG SCARY problems that I can't fix. I can however, hassle our hosts and see what they say.
