I posted about it a while ago, but I think maybe one or two people clicked the link. That was before DAC was officially "back" though. :)

I watched it, and how the hell does he launch the tanker without getting the FOB and the navigation chip and stuff? Is there a bug somewhere that if you don't let anything tell you about the need for that stuff you won't need it?
How appropriate. You fight like a cow.

Well, either Hubologists do everything for you, or with so low INT you can just go on. I'm too lazy to check it in TNUFO2G :drunk:

Hubbies get you fuel, but they don't have navigation and stuff... do they?

Isn't this speedrun strategy stuff similar to that old thread about a "gr8 way to start FO2"? It somehow seems so...wrong... to play this way. :sadblinky:

Actually for me, the fact that you CAN do this puts automatically FO2 above many RPGs, mainly jRPGs(God, they're linear).

I've done it a few times it's a good way to liven up the game after playing it through 500 times. :drunk:

If by "best", you mean "biggest", then you don't need your head examinet. And if you don't, then you do.
suppose you're thinking about a plate of shrimp. suddenly somebody will say like 'plate' or 'shrimp' or 'plate of shrimp', out of the blue, no explanation.

That's what I thought when I originally watched this vid. I was sure you needed the FOB which was in the Navarro base.

I've been trying to do the speedrun for the last few days, holy shit. Its way harder than you would think. The biggest problem is the enclave patrols. Besides that you have no armor, and *anyone* can kill you easily. Its more trouble than its worth in my book.

With low int characters the BOS guy will set everything up for the tanker if you retrieve the Vertibird planes for him. Thus you can use a really smart character, just take some psychos and get him to set everything up for you.

This movie is insane.

I had no idea a couple of well placed explosives on merchants could give you free access to their wares with no repercussions... And that you could take down Horrigan without firing one shot.
Crazy.

I love you, Fallout.

Impressive..

How did he get the self-destruct timer going? I usually always plant explosives to make it go *boom*...
