South america had all kinds of giant animals up to a few million years ago, since it was isolated from the rest of the world. Neat stuff. 'Course it's all gone now.
suppose you're thinking about a plate of shrimp. suddenly somebody will say like 'plate' or 'shrimp' or 'plate of shrimp', out of the blue, no explanation.

Pretty interesting discovery.
Any of you heard about that song they some scientific research boat heard in the atlantic? They said it was some kind of organic sound, which could only come out of some HUGE animal. They are associating it to a giant squid, much like the renaissance's kraken legends.

The giant squid isn't a legend at all. We are finding giant squid carcasses washing up around the world all the time, and we also find whales swimming around with giant scars on them that could only have come from a fight with a giant squid.

South America still has the largest rodents. The capybara is about the size of a dog. They have them at the zoo here.

Yeah, once a few years ago the capybaras escaped from their cage when I was there and one of them was looking at me crasy so I was about to do kung fu, but then zookeepers got them back in cage. :'(
