Well, I emailed Smack Razor, and my email came back to me.
So anyone know where the armor is or how to get in touch with Smack Razor
Frank Horrigan Armour...Smack Razor?
On the Horrigan Armour
Ok....not getting Smack Razor email I experimented a little.
1) Extracted the Horrigan.dat file with datexpl
2) Used Mapper .98c to look at the Horrigan Map in Klamath....However, I was never succesfull in opening...the only map that comes with the horrigan.dat file
3) Used Fime then to look at the item-list in Horrigan.dat and was not able to do that either...was not a FO2 file
So...it looks to me like the only way to find this armor is to 1) find it 2) have the Smack Razor enlighten me.
