There might still be some logins or something relevant posted there that could be a security risk, so it wouldn't be a good idea. If it wasn't for that, it wouldn't be much of a problem otherwise, but there's too much to go through just for the sake of opening it all up to the public.

for whatever reason I had access to it when I beta tested the new phpbb, it was shit mostly I'm telling you.
