agree. Just didn't recall the trailers for it (or Monsters, also a great flick btw, however diametrically opposed to D9).

Vidja I'm talking about is shot with a handheld, couple of kids (american, I think) get out of a car then one of them handles what looks like a roadkill on a ditch which is then revealed to be an alien or a mutated animal of sorts. IIRC it then snaps at them and the video ends. It's got that pro-trying-to-look-amateur (think Cloverfield) vibe that leaves you suspecting it to be a promo for something, but for what I can't remember.

Well...
We wear clothes for two reasons:
Protection from our environment, be it cold weather, sun's radiation or other more extreme conditions.
Culture. Running around naked just doesn't "seem right" in the world we live in. In fact it's punishable to publicly show yourself naked.
Maybe Aliens solved environmental and cultural issues regarding clothes. Maybe in the futuristic Alien society climate is entirely artificial and modesty is a thing of the past?

here is a hypothetical for everyone- Let's say aliens come down to earth and they wanna take one of us back to be a representative for mankind. Would you be that person? keep in mind you will not be probed or dissected or studied like an animal, but you also will never return to earth. you will have to live on their alien planet til death. would you leave with them? discuss.
