Hello!

The Fallout Encounter Creator are a much easier way for GM to keep track for NPCs and random generate stats.
With this tool are also a DMG solver and a TO HIT solver where you only will have to insert the difference stats and by click on a button will all the modifiers be added in a sec.

I myself is beginner for Fallout PnP as a GM and as I study C#, is this project a great way to get a much better understanding of C#
And thought this tool might come in good use with some other GM.

The Creator are in early beta and only have one NPC to choose (The Raider)
but everything should work.

The Creator can be found here:
http://supernovapowered.com/Fallout/Default.aspx
and at the page are also a forum:
http://fallout.danskforum.net/ where suggestions and feedbacks will gladly be viewed.

Cheer Addwid.

To obtain half of a brian would be considered murder since most things named Brian are human beings.

A simple spelling mistake on my part, but it would not take much "brain" to get the point in my post.

How about stay on topic...

My suggestion is not to go off-topic and instead discuss what this topic was posted for

Thats what I meant by "How about stay on topic"

Or is it normal for this forum to go off-topic?

ALSO: Only Combat-related skills is a dumb way to go. Is that just a flaw in your "generator" or the whole Fallout PnP system?

Layout version you are looking at now is my version of what I need statistics and skill for an NPC.
So now I need new people to test it and come back with feedback and suggestions on how to improve it.

So no it is not a "mistake".

What other skills do you think would be use full in the generator?

addwid this forum used to be known for far worse things in the far past. Still back then topics could actually function and blossom. I wasn't a member, just read the boards a bit.

Now that Fallout 1 - 2 are long since dead and any serious mods for them seem to be undead (Mutants Rising is stuck on 95% for 6 monts now) the place is more like forum simulation of a real post apocalyptic world.

Indeed all is chaos, alliances are broken just as easily as they are formed, weird beast roam the lands, weird merchants try to sell you the most useless junk you can think of and any lone wanderer is an easy prey for the mob.

_____

More ON-Topic.

Honestly I doubt anyone active here still plays the Fallout PnP RPG.
I think the guys at Fallout Online and the russian forums are a bit more active on that front. No idea how it looks over at No Mutants Allowed but they have the largest forum.

I'm a moderator for this subsection, if that gives you a clearer idea of how things go around here.
