Duck and Cover

After months of trying to figure this out I still don't have an answer for this problem. In every game ( not just fallout 1 2 and 3) I have a problem with the movies...they stutter and look pixelated and horrible.

My system specifications are :

Windows vista ultimate64-bit service pack 2

Processor : AMD Phenom 11 X4 965 3.40 GHZ

Ram : 8GB

Video card : Nvidia Geforce GTX 295

I have no trouble running any game, every game run at the highest settings but I have issues with the cutscenes/intro movies. I've tried formatting and installing new codecs but Im still having the issue. is there a cause for this?.. what can I do?.

Contact the manufacturer and tell them they fucked up.

Nah..I'm doing a complete upgrade soon. I have an hypothesis about what is happening and I will see if I'm right after the installation of New Vegas.

It's probably an issue with Vista. Vista is so crap. Maybe try running it in compatibility mode.
