Official Prosper Fallout Tactics Refresh

So I finally have the basics down of what I want my project to be.

I am taking Baby steps and just began this week learning python + FIFE engine.


Step 1:
- Pretty much everything Fallout Tactics was capable of (including multiplayer) .
- Dialog Trees.

Step 2:
- Massive improvements.
-- Custom Maps will be much more scriptural (if not ditching the trigger system altogether)
-- More strategic possibilities.
-- Environments that CHALLENGE the player
