I decided to take it to the next level. It make look a bit clinky but i can fix it up . This is just a proof.

Oblivion isn't fallout 3.
They removed mounting capabilities from fallout 3.

Needs new animations. Also, they're right-- reverse-engineering the Oblivion mount system would likely be a helluva lot easier to do in a clean manner than starting from scratch
