If he get's blinded, then he can't see to treat his next customer correctly. And if he can't do that, he could possibly earn only pennies for the HJ.

So I dled this game today and have already destroyed my Sims life. He is like a total super villian and a really cold bastard but he had a one night stand with this chick. So the chick gets pregnant, and a kid pops out. The problem is I can't get the fucking kid!!!!! My own flesh and blood in some bitch's custody. And she's married so i cant even marry the chick, get the kid, then kick her out.

I need the child to carry on my evil empire!!!!!

Sounds pretty realistic. Can't you break their marriage?

You would think having a child with an evil madman would have broken up the marriage, but no. and the chick doesn't live in any houses in town or i would go over to their house and do it. I looked online and it seems like not many people have thought to get their married neighbor pregnant.

Its odd, I never meet any of my visitable neighbors, just randomly generated ones who live godknowswhere.

Not a bad argument. I tried it, but as with Sims 1 and 2 you very quickly come to a point where you realize you're playing a game that in no way feeds your ego or gives you any entertainment; as in, you're babysitting a handful of retards who don't like you and piss on you wether you do a good job or a bad job. The only aspect that's even remotely interesting is setting up a unique scenario and watching it unfold without any input from you, but even that's rewarding only for the brief period in which you're setting the scene up and ends as soon as you hit the play button. I'm not particularly against simulators, rather that Sims does not fill the realism criteria for simulators to be even remotely interesting in that particular way, and as it has little actual value as a game it's essentially just huge waste of time.

Although, I'm thankful for the existance of Sims, as it's a sort of barrier keeping an even larger horde of retards from pouring into mindless mmo's such as WoW and eventually leaking out into online communities outside of Sim fame and saturating an already shit-for-brains game market even further. The Sims is, or at least was at some point, to gaming what the dam is to the Netherlands.

I rather this kind of gaming as a way to bring non-gamers to gaming.

So I finally had a wack at the Sims 3, and after about half an hour I figured out that playing the sims is alot less entertaining than real life. Ergo, it failed at delivering the entertainment I was hoping for.

bummer...

Meh, prefer The Sims 2, with my custom maps made using SimCity4. Graphics were pretty, but the gameplay just felt more dumbed down than in Sims 2. Still not a terrible sequal I guess.

I made a custom map for SC4 last year or so. I think you can still find it on simtropolis.com

sims 3 would be great if you could abuse drugs and alcohol, shoot people, and go to prison. now that would be a game worth playing. I would also want to be a serial killer.... :flamed:

They added a basement tool in the last patch, so I've been spending time starving children to death in an underground dungeon.
