"Failed to init palette." error

ok, i have the dims_mapper0.99.rar mapper, but everytime i try to do anything, all i get is "Failed to init palette". ' dont even kno what that mneans
cant som1 help me?

Stop, this is the sacred F2 modding Forum...
And just get the official mapper, you'l have a hard time finding tiles/scenery and whatnot, but bookmarks help alot, and it's a better editor.
