Every once in a while I get this when I refresh the index page:

It usually takes a couple minutes to correct itself after this happens.Is the stylesheet getting dumped or what?

Yup. It's the stylesheet not being downloaded and then downloading and correcting itself. WHY DO YOU REPORT NON ISSUES?

Another Problem : Sometimes I am experiencing an error message while trying to take a look one of the topics(especially at wasteland);when I am clicking on the topic header page stops to respond about 3-4 seconds then jumps on a white blank page which gives an error message about the characters that normally used on THAT page cannot be displayed or something like that.You know the rest part 'Please try to refresh' etc....

There's probably just 10,000 animated smileys or so on that page and the Internet can't handle that amount of vital information.

Maybe,but not about the emotions which DaC normally used as a part of the message form.I think with the same perception of view, it can be about posting too much animated gifts...etc. on one page.Maybe...
