Make everything black-and-white

Make the site and all avatars black-and-white to give us that authentic 1950s feel. I can add scratches and cigarette burns to avatars if desired.

My new avatar is Kaarlo Heiskanen, the Commander-in-Chief / Chief of Defence of Finland between 1953 and 1959... quite fitting for the idea, I suppose.

Very patriotic and black and white, at least.
