FO Tactics saved game trouble.

Hi, for some reason some of my saved game files keep disappearing on fallout tactics.. im no whiz kid so i figured i'd ask around for help.
it usually happens after i complete a mission, then return to a bunker and it says " Failed to save " or something along that line. and once said " Cannot enter bunker $$currency$$ ".. i know i sound like a complete n0000b but any of that makes no sense to me what so ever lol.. ive got a saved game file backed up in a folder but im on tough guy mode.. and its kinda a pain in the ass completing a mission then my shit gets deleted >.>
Any help or a point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
