That toe is great. Once you have it in your inventory, you can use it on people and they get rad poisoning.

Do they get radiation? I thought they only losed something like 3 max hit points... And it's not that useful really - I never used it.

IIRC, you can eat it yourself and lose a few max hit points. I think so, so don't quote me on it, so to speak.

I remember some guy over at V13 who was saying that you take a brain, the toe, and some other stuff and make a retarded NPC.

Not sure if he was banned or not, but he definitely was warned by one of the mods.

I read somewhere that it can kill Horrigan, the toe I mean. Just use it to him. I'm not even 45% sure, 'coz I haven't tried myself...

Nope. It was talked about at V13, and proven false. Doesn't work, IIRC.

When you use it you get -3 max hit points and i THINK (never been able to prove it) that after some days your health gets back to normal AND you gain more hp for each level.

NOTE: This is just an impression i got last times i played the game i'm not sure, if it's false i'm sorry.

I had to get my toe removed 8 times. And I had an eye-ball, a brain and I used the i.e to get my players ears (all 3 of them)

You CAN use it on horrigan, but I think it only does 3 damage.
