No, it won't. I only did it at Terra-Arcanum recently purely because it'd been 5 years since the place was opened and a lot of usernames were taken up by lurkers (who may potentially not have visited for years) and a fair few bot accounts.

Numbers can lie. How many users have posted 100 posts and then never logged in again? Or how many just like to stalk these forums without wanting to take part in this madness? Login frequency(or infrequency in this case) would be a better reason to purge an account rather than a low postcount.
