Pretty random.. sometimes not once a day, other times it's a sperm-a-thon (Which is usually about mid-way through my girlfriends period).

Personally, once a day, regulary. That's gonna increase to 2, however, since apparenty masterbation helps to think clearly (blood inflow) and against cramps.
