Another bloody tactics issue

Hey all first post here, i got a real problem here, When i try to install tactics, i put the cd in the autorun pops up that goes fine, untill i click on install the game. It will show a little loading thing wrate by the cursor, and then nothing. Now i have had tactics on this comp before, it ran perfectly, with no problems. The cd's are in good condition. I will post my specs if it helps you guys.

Radeon 9600xt
direct x 9.0c

So if somebody could help me it would be great thanks!
