Duck and Cover

I think it looks pretty good and I will see it of course since it has action. I'm happy about Bale getting the part because we need more actors with Lisps, we need someone to stand up for us and show the people that our S tounges can perform.

It has like three aprentice type actors in it. Morgan freemon, liam neilson, christoper cain. It might not be good to have them in the same film because they all play pretty much the play the same part. I dont like katie holmes because she STOLE TOMMY FROM ME.

I saw it and it was pretty cool. Probably the best Batman yet. The only problem is a really annoying plot hole. Basically, the plot revolves around a device that vaporizes water, but when it's used, it fails to vaporize all the water in people's bodies and doesn't seem to have any murderous effect on humans at all.

Otherwise it was kickass.

It's based off a comic book; I was fairly certain almost every comic had plot holes on some level.

Shitty superhero comics, sure, but actual good comics (i.e. a lot of Vertigo stuff) is solid storytelling that beats most movies.

There we go, superhero comics.

Also, I heard they screwed up the ending. Report?

It ant here in Oz yet, the bat car thing is shit though, even though it goes from 0-100 in 6 sec it looks like crap, first 2 cars in the first 2 movies where better

This is by far the best Batman film ever. Michael Caine is Alfred, for fucks sake.

Only detracting part is the comic book logic Spazmo pointed out but the film is so well done you'll be eager to ignore it.

Everything else is flawless.

The joker and the penguin definently. Both actors are great, but we cant forget the riddler, Jim Carey as I like to say it, owned that character.

But the first one was serious, the second one leaned towards comedy and the rest is history, I hope the new one doesnt have too much comedy, it really fucks it up.

The first one was really good, but Batman Begins is still better. Batman Returns is nowhere near as good. It had penguins with rockets strapped to them for chrissake. That's something you'd expect out of the old Adam West series.

Adam West's serie rocked.

Batman 1 > Batman 2 > Batman Forever > the rest of the films so far (haven't seen BB).

I'm really happy it takes place before, means there is no Robin.
