I'm currently working on classes and other things for the fallout d20 system. More and less trying to make it less dependant on having to have the modern d20 core book. Example of some classes/occupations: Bounty Hunter, Ex-BOS, Explorer, Medic, Ranger, Shaman (which is currently listed as a prestige class, and IMO should be selectable as part of character creator option). Some of the other things that I am working on are more perks and traits from the series and not listed in the fallout d20 rules, more vehicles, weapons, items, and of course creatures.
