All the basic cops in Sin City wear Riot Gear unless they are a main character in which case they will look different. For example, Hartigan and Rafferty are both cops and they look different from the rest. It is also understood that Sin City is filled with all sorts of scum that require dealing with in a violent manner whenever the cops get dragged into situations that get their undivided attention. Thank Frank Miller for that though because that's how it is in the comics.
Ignore my warnings and pay no heed then your live will be ended shortly indeed!
I thought the best part was when that henchman dude got the arrow through his gut.POOPERSCOOPER wrote:I havent had a movie get fucked up in ages. We have a new super theatre that killed all the old ones. I remeber during 007 The World is Not Enough, the film got stuck at the end and the projector light stayed on so you could see the film burn from the heat on big screen. It was interesting.
The best part in Sin City was when the green booger guy was whipping the girl and hes like "UR A FAT COW" then the camera does a close up on her face.

Worst mess up I've seen was during the first X-Men movie. For some odd reason they skipped a good portion of the movie and went right to the end and after they showed the final fight scene they rewinded it back and showed the whole movie after where it went missing.Retlaw83 wrote:When I went and saw it today, the movie suddenly stopped near the end. I went to the lobby and told one of the dudes working there; the manager freaked out and sorted out the problem, then gave everyone who was watching that showing a voucher for a free movie.
Edit - My favorite part was either the beginning with Hartigan or the final fight scene between Mickey Rourke and Elijah Wood (? The guy with the glasses)
Mino is fucking ugly, and the whole part in the lady's town sucks.Twigman wrote:Yuo have to love the scene where Miho's killing the guy, and it switches over to Dwight's inner monologue. "Deadly little Miho. She won't let you feel a thing unless she wants you to. She twists the blade. He feels it."
Also yeah, Kevin is the guy with the glasses and he's played by Elijah Wood.

guess what... it just came out over here.
Fucking loved it..
gotta love the old style the movie had, with b&w and all...
Too bad that young girl in the end ruined it all with a modern day cellphone..
that kind of destroyed a part of the enjoyment I got from seeing the movie.
I'm definately getting this one for my sparse movie-collection.

Also, when the guy was driving the car he mentioned AAA car help/insurance which made my eyes cross because of the pop reference. It would of been better if it just stayed in the old era.
I havent read the comics so there may be a reason for this?
