the Clash

I've enjoyed their music for many years, and I still listen to them occasionally. Like many people I know, I was introduced to the Clash with their album "London Calling". Excellent album, I don't think one song is bad on it.

I was curious what you guys think of their music.

I never got into punk, though from my limited knowledge, I'd say The Clash is at the top of the punk genre.

I wouldn't say that. I don't think any particular band is at the top of there genre.

I like the clash, very musical. There better than a few other mainstream punk bands like the ramones or something

I love them. If you don't have a nice collection & would like a decent overview of the Clash, I'd suggest purchasing The Essential Clash. it's missing a bit but overall is a decent thing to take along on a walk,for those of us who still use CD players.
