Why play anything at all ? You don't need music for an enjoyable gathering of like-minded souls.
I'm not talking about the get together kind of party. I'm talking about a <i>party</i>, with lots of random people, lots of alcohol, and lots of girls. The bumpin kind.

I went to a party that played the Wicker Man soundtrack. I don't usually go to shitty parties because there boring and I might as well sit in front of the computer and snort coke and see if Dark Side of the Moon matches up to Wizard of Oz.
I don't like rap except in Vice City / San Andreas, where rap, r&b, and reggae are the only things I listen to. Great videogame driving music, I guess, but on its own it tends to be pretty boring.

Every genre has it's good and bad music, rap isn't an exception.
Tho you dont need to listen to rap everytime you have a big party with some chicks, unless you are a wigger or something.

I remember thinking that all the rap music in that game would bother me, but when I played it I didn't even notice. It fits.

You apparently have not been to a large party with rap playing. Fat chicks outnumber hots chicks at all times.
Rap isn't required. I thought they made dance music for you clubbing fairies?
I don't even goto many parties unless massive drinking is occuring.
Why the fuck else would I goto a party?
