Experience table

Has anyone found experience table in any of fallouts? I've tried to change FOT xp table to more falloutish, browsed through MANY of bos files and didn't find anything! Same thing with FO1-2. My idea is, that xp table is encrypted (like in BG1) or, less likely, compiled to exe.

Bahahah.. They encrypted the BG xp table... Now that's hillareous considering with a simple hex editor you can find your XP and give it any number you wish.

The point is not to edit my xp, but to change whole xp table, for example, to allow advancment over lvl 21 in FO1.
