What happened to the Steel Paladin Fan Fiction project?

What happened to the Steel Paladin Fan Fiction project?

I took a leave of the Fallout community several months ago, and just came back. I see that V13 went under and was wondering what happened to the Steel Paladin Fan fiction project. Was it ever completed? does anybody have a backup they could send to me?
