Honest question to Poop!

Post by Username »

Dude.

You watch so many movies. Why so much hollywood crap all the time?
Why not some quality independent cinema or some good anime or some independent and creative animation in general?

Just curious.
Or do you think that us poor folk here are laymen exited only by the shit that they shovel us with and nothing more? :(

I'd like a review on: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1645089/ if you've seen it.
Just missed it in Cinema and wondering if I should pay the shipping from where ever I can get it or if I should download it.

He reviews Hollywood movies because he sees movies every Friday with his family, you twit.

If you want a review of whatever you linked into in IMDB, watch it.

Honest question for Poops. When did you acquire a feeder fetish, and why?

Retlaw basically answered why I see a lot of crap hollywood movies.

I don't see a lot of independent movies because most of the time they just don't look interesting. The movie you linked to is not a movie I would willingly watch on my own and it looks like shit too. I did see a movie about the financial nature of our country for one of my classes, it raised good points and was somewhat interesting.

The movie is called "The Corporation" and was made in 2003, would probably better explain the financial crisis than Matt Damon http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0379225/

I don't know how I acquired my feeder fetish but I think it has to do with Violet blowing up into a blueberry in Willy Wonka and seeing that as a kid turned me on. I secretly imagined feeding hundreds of marshmallows to bay watch chicks as a kid too.

So you watch feeder porn? And how hard is it for you to find a girl that loves eating donuts while being fucked?

A good "get angry at the gloria mundi" type affair. Matt Damon provides surprisingly apt narration. Solid throughout, relevant and worthy of the oscar it got, it falls somehow flat in that it a) isn't telling you of anything you don't already know if you watch tv docs / world news on a semi-regular basis and b) the ending is predictably shit (unless you're filthy rich).

If you want kind of the same but in movie's clothing instead of a documentary's, watch Casino Jack instead, although it's not as good.

If you want docs however, Poops' suggestion is swell (if it's the one I'm thinking about) as are Food Inc (you better have a strong stomach), This Film is Not Yet Rated, Religulous (if you can stand Bill Maher) or The Aristocrats (however pointless).

I like Poops reviews far more than some random tards on IMDB or even the so called critics in the newspapers.

Im thinking of seeing "Insider" (Different) which is a movie based on how the other ("evil") side experiences these scandals and perhaps get some perspective . It's centered around the 60 minutes story that aired in I think 1995 and brought alot of heat to the tobacco companies and on the corporate head that blew the lid eventually.

I don't like Bill Maher to much but "This movie is not yet rated" caught my eye to. Was it good? (enough for someone who isn't in the movie scene at all)
The Aristocrats seems like a funny thing to.

About "Inside Job"...aff that's sorta what I thought. How does it end then?
edit: Nevermind found it on youtube. Gonna watch it I think.
If someone can help me here:

In this clip he says it's not a deposition. What's a deposition in this context?

Also I think you're missing out on some good independent cinema Poops.

Metropia is a good swedish animation.
Precious is a great drama.
This movie is hilarious:

Thing is you seem a bit disappointed with many of the movies you've lately seen so I'm just saying you might want to check out the other scenes as well and if you can bother review them as you do :) .

Hubbard's just saying that he is under no obligation to answer the interviewer's question. As in he knows that if he does answer the question truthfully, he's gonna get caught with his pants down.

Not Yet Rated is not as good a doc as IJ but watching how the american rating board works is a great step in understanding why most american cinema is lcd shite. Definetly good enough, it might even explain some of why you aren't in the (hollywood) movie scene at all.

There isn't much feeder porn out there and the stuff that is out there isn't to my liking. I have a very high class taste in which I don't really dig seeing girls getting fucked in the butt while eating a pie or even with their cloths off, I'm very much an elitist feeder. It's hard enough finding a girl to even know if it would be hard to find one that would eat while plough her.

Without out seeing the movie and not knowing the exact context I would say hes more offended that the interview is insinuating like that of a lawyer that he has major dealings with financial institutions and therefor is evil etc. Hes not really saying "hes under no obligation" as the way that would sound like he is instantly guilty but more like that he feels that this is an interview and not a disposition and that the interviewer should show more respect maybe.

Poops probably right as to what he is trying to portray but it comes out the way Tofu Man says...at least that's what the director wanted it to mean or he probably wouldn't have included it. It's far better than just saying "no comments". Although I did understand that general meaning considering the still notable context of the interview shown in that clip.

I'm more curious of why he is using the word disposition?
Is it that a "disposition" can be used in judicial termiology as in the way of the subject explaining himself and his actions fully; this man is obviously not in the mood because it's not a court room?

I mean I know what disposition is in for example writting/speaking but I'm not quite sure how it fits into this or what it means or if it has a dual meaning and the other meaning is then used by this guy in his response with underlying tone of sarcasam?

edit: So it's disposition btw and not deposition? I thought it was deposition because that is like "depositing" his whole life/business story to the interviewer.

Btw; This is Hollywood today.

Dammit Sandsnook wat is this i dont even

Deposition (law)
In law, a deposition is the out-of-court oral testimony of a witness that is reduced to writing for later use in court or for discovery purposes. In many countries, depositions are given in courtrooms. In the United States and Canada, they are usually taken elsewhere. A minority of U.S. states, like New York, refer to the deposition as an "examination before trial" (EBT).

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deposition

He's not "depositing" anything, he is saying that an interviewer =/= a judge or a cop and so he's not going to answer that particular question because he's under no legal obligation. Stop confusing the man, Poonster.

There's different meanings to the one word. If you mean the origin, it's hard to say, could come from depositio (taking off) or depositum, but I'm no linguist.

And isn't that your alt or your actual name or something, Sandsnook or Donskant or Isaknt or something?
