Hay guyz, what about Darkstone? I have it installed if anybody wants to dungeon-crawl a bit in coop. :eyebrow:

Nah man, I meant my peace-making efforts in trolling Generals to make Ret and Fapnaught kiss and make up.

But seriously, Generals may not be the same game anymore but I reckon the changes were for the best. It might have alienated peeps tho, regardless, that recent C&C plays more like the originals IIRC so there's that.

Fuck that game - I reinstalled it some time ago, it definitely hasn't aged well.

I beg to differ. It has many features that, though commonplace in the golden age of gaming, would be considered quite unique and innovative today. :eyebrow:

Actually played it in coop not too long ago, it's quite good. More tolerable than Diablo at the very least.

If by "goldenage features" you mean eating when you're hungry or drinking when you're thirsty, yes.

Does not make the game good by default. Much tedium was found on that disk. Like Diablo but more tedium. If you're gonna integrate some cool role-playing features do it outside of the dungeon crawler.

There was more to it than that, but sure. Still, if you can't handle at least that, you'll probably die once your parents kick you out.
