Additional tips for karate tournament preparation? anyone have any tips to help prepare for a karate tournament which i have in about 5 weeks time?

make loads of contacts saying its going to be the fight of the decade heh

also push the bridge of your nose. if you find the bones soft enough that your eyes point at each other then you probably shouldnt fight but on the other hand you should probably wear and iron mask

I heard from a professional that removing your fingernails helps with the aerodynamics of punches... i hope this helps.. Oh ya.. and make sure to drink plenty of prune juice and shit out all of your shit and shit... so you can be lighter.. hope that helps... goodluck..
