Anyone remember a Fallout Message Board RPG from around '99?

I used to Fallout RPG on a message board WAYYYYYY back in the day. It was around '99 through '01 or '02. I can't remember the name of it but it was pretty popular and had MANY members. Their was a forum for each place in the RPG and the place was pretty popular. I wish I could remember the name of it. I used to have a mutant named Feyd, who carried a Super Sledgehammer named 'Susie Q'. If anyone has any ideas on if this forum is still around or what the name was....it would be much appreciated.

Those both seem to still be around. I don't think this one is around anymore. Do those 2 sites still have all the messages logged? So I could search to see if I was in it?

I might have been a Member... It was called FORPG. It was set I think in Idaho, Canada and Arizona. Is that it?
