The evil prosecutor wants to send Ms. Hilton back to jail, someone stop him!

I won't deny that I have a few Communist tendencies. And I'm not really against wealth as much as I may come across either. This sort of story is just disgusting to me though. I'm extremely resentful of the way that the wealthy don't even seem to merit a slap on the wrist anymore, even for serious offenses.

As such, I'm not opposed to the idea of bracketed fines in any way. Were I to become wealthy enough to merit a greater fine then that may change, but the same goes for everybody and I still like the idea.

And as for people being equal. Christ no, anybody who's worked more than an hour in Retail can tell you that there are massive inequalities based on intelligence alone.

The first one is tough, but it quickly becomes enjoyable
