I don't think anyone edited your profile - what's been edited?
As for the sig thing, you're not the first person to complain, it's because we lost all forum mods. What has changed about your sig - I can't work out what mod it would be that causes these problems.

It's just been blanked, that's all.

Signatures are currently unavailable as an admin mod that handled them has been knocked out. I'll re-install it later in the week.
