There are several links that have been "Under Construction" for a long time. Included are Fallout Tactics:Game Mods & Utilities, Fallout 2:Help Guides, Fallout2:Previews/Reviews, Fallout:Help Guides, Features:Interviews, etc.

I'm not sure if you have plans on fixing those to provide content or just provide content through the forum content? I do have some files that could go under FOT:Game Mods and Utilities such as Spray 1.1, and several mods, and also the latest Redviewer which should also be under Fallout2:Files.

Someone should make a not-too-shabby-looking Fallout PNP site.
suppose you're thinking about a plate of shrimp. suddenly somebody will say like 'plate' or 'shrimp' or 'plate of shrimp', out of the blue, no explanation.
