Hmm... First pics I've seen of a promosin Post Apoc 3D RPG...
People standing about doing seemingly nothing -- I'm supposing you'll be able to interact with them (more then just shooting that is).
Sure the graphics don't look as nice as other games (although they do look better then FOBOS)...
The only thing I'm a bit retentive are the multiple players... It's always a pain in the butt controlling a group in an RPG.

I'd expected a little graphics improvement since their last game; SoA. It looks ok but it may need a bit more polish before release if it hopes to contend with the likes of HL2. We're a fickle bunch and without a buff in the prettyness factor it may suffer.
I think the game focuses more on combat than other RP elements but that seems to be the way games are going these days. SoA wasnt a bad game and this is following on from that, edging towards RP more than the previous itteration.

Man you last posters suck.
Except for the tactical game comment (which sacres me a bit too, but judging by all the people standing about not doing much I might ba able to take a real RPG with tactical battles), all your comments are for eye candy and action. Go fucking play FOBOS. You people are starting to make me think that Chuck IS right.

I don't want to play FOBOS, but I also don't want to play another "tactical game" like Fallout Tactics with some RPG elements.
yeah, I want RPG with tactical combat. And I'm working on Trinity. Our guidelines is to create RPG with complex tactic and stategy.

If it looks primitive people are unlikely to buy it. As I said; people are fickle. SoA was a tactical game and The Fall is using pretty much the same technology. I never said the game itself would suffer from a lack of eye candy, just that sales might suffer because of it.
I'm looking forward to The fall, if it looks a bit dated that wont sway my decision, from the developer feedback on the forum it appears to have far more character development than SoA which is nice, however I am not sure how good an RPG experience the game will be.
Its all well and good branding people chuck-fans, but kindly look beyond your base conceptions and instant lash-outs at people just because they're not too fond of the look of the game at the moment. From what I can tell the graphics for the game are actually improving, people who voice the opinion that it could look better are not bashing the game, mechanics or execution of the idea.

those 'Fall'-guys say the level of involvement in battle is giong to be scalable to such an extend that you can get the computer to do all the necessary fighting for you (in crude words: you don't fight if you don't want).
They also say you'll be able to "talk your way through", though, as sb pointed, there is no 'speech' or 'diplomacy' skill, so I'm a lil bit dubious.
But there must be SOME truth in it, right? pleez?

At the Fall homepage you can find little update (in characters section).
