Enclave Campaign- Questions, Comments and Death Threats
And does anyone want to keep doing the Enclave Campaign I started on the old forum? We had a shortage of players and a couple dropouts, so I don't know if we should continue.
Any newcomers who want in? We could start again from the beginning (we didn't get far).

We live on a placid island of ignorance in the midst of black seas of insanity, and it was not meant that we should voyage far.
Well as I recall James had just asked for the standard supplies, plus a hunting rifle, plus some explosives/tools. He looks expectedly at Oleander and belches loudly. Hmm, I'll need to get some of that breakfast I missed after this... when are we going out for this mission anyway? Lewiston regards the rest of the already outfitted group.
suppose you're thinking about a plate of shrimp. suddenly somebody will say like 'plate' or 'shrimp' or 'plate of shrimp', out of the blue, no explanation.

Lunch, you'll have to go to.... www.iamapsycho.com/fallout
Go to download section and you'll see various items. Download the Enclave Campaign, read it and understand. Character sheets I suppose you can download from that section as well.

You can also go here;

click on archives. That will take you to the rules.

Hey, i want to join this! im a vet at pnp stuff, so ill be into it. my question is, is there psionics or magic in this one? And what kind of chars are there already? I like to be original in char design, but also to fill a role other than another fighter. And where do i submit my char sheet at? and how would we play this online?
Procrastinate now! Don't put it off.

Well, you'll need the source book, Lunch meat if you wanna know the extra traits, perks, weapons, people and tech, ect as well as an opening to use a cyborg character, which are pretty cool. And the new enemy Aimion....
It does diverge a lot from the Enclave seen in FO2, Ausir. But it also expands on the possibilities of technologies they developed over the years.
You can use the core rules as well, actually you'll need them.
Oh, if we are gonna start fresh, can I use the HtH Bible? My character gonna be based on the Desert Rangers....

The technologies, yeah. The MODERN technologies. Based on REAL WORLD technology. The technology might fit a cyberpunk setting, but not Fallout. Fallout is an ALTERNATE world. Fallout is 50s style. Fallout has technology based on the 50s technology or 50s pulp sci-fi. In Fallout microchips were never invented. In Fallout the cold war never ended.Rama Stryfe wrote:Well, you'll need the source book, Lunch meat if you wanna know the extra traits, perks, weapons, people and tech, ect as well as an opening to use a cyborg character, which are pretty cool. In Fallout, the Enclave did not consist of clones. If Fallout enclave had the equipment and people the Enclave in the sourcebook had, it would have conquered the Wasteland in less than a week. In Fallout there was no orbital city or an underwater city under the rig. And do we really need a THIRD evil robot army (if we count FOT and Wasteland)?
While the Enclave sourcebook is very well written, it just doesn't fit the Fallout setting at all. I have to admit that i actually helped make this sourcebook, and some of its bad ideas are mine (not many, though), but i didn't know as much about Fallout world then as i do now. I'd look at Sebastian Rushworth's Brotherhood sourcebook as an example of how to make a sourcebook that's almost 100% consistant with the Fallout world.

Well seems we've lost some posts... time to do it over again.
I have a basic understanding of the core rules and have read the Enclave sourcebook. My character sheet is almost done so i should be ready to play in a jiffy. I assume we'll start out with nothing but the clothes on our back, but tell me if I'm wrong. Will we be in a branch of the Enclave military? If so, which one concerns the piloting of land vehicles?
There's another issue... are we using vehicles. I know people think it's "Un-Fallouty" but I don't really agree on that point. I hope we do use vehicles, though. After all, I wrote up a pilot character...
