Awesome, I'm blind. I think I'll go FF servers only then, since the added challenge is very much worth it. And definately something I loved in L4D.
Also, it'll give an appropriate excuse to teamkill idiots who don't know how to stay put.

Going to wait until there's a larger discount for it, and then probably buy it along with 3 other friends. I think it's way too expensive for basicly an advanced remake.
Opinions on the quality/worth would be appreciated, when it's out.

Just to sum up Killing Floor... It's a co-op round-based survival FPS, built on the Unreal 3 engine. The game is independant though, so you purchase it by itself without anything else required. Basicly there are 4, 7 or 10 rounds per game plus another against the Patriarch(boss) which is difficult t...

Tried the demo, which ran like shit on my computer due to Valve failing at multi-cores... I like the style and graphics, especially the new monsters and how you have to further work together to make things work. I've been playing a lot of Killing Floor lately, which is pretty excellent, and somethin...

Load times and performance were improved last patch. Runs fine on my laptop now, by the way. Steam helps out a lot, keeping games updated on the fly(and you have the choice of disabling automatic updates). Finished it yesterday, the last boss was pretty nice. The infinite dungeons afterwards are lik...

Didn't read the review. Basicly it's a cute hack'n'slash, reminding me mostly of a mix between Dungeon Siege 2 and the diablo series. Whenever you get a set item or unique you're likely already packing much better items that are uncommon or rare and items drop an masse from everything. Skills are la...

http://www.escapistmagazine.com/videos/view/zero-punctuation/1044-Brutal-Legend I find that Zero Punctuation is far more pure entertainment than any sort of real review, but this one seems to hit home on what you're asking about. Anyway... Main issue in it seems to be, like you said, that it has an ...

Awesome.
Exploration has always been one of my favourite pastimes. Most of my time spent in MMO's has been exploring areas, and later exploiting or bugging to get to hard to reach places.

I'd find a cumputar useful to do the calculations though. In the vid the computer calculates a path for the monster so it doesn't get any attacks of opportunity underway, and fails. I like the idea, but I'd rather see it for something else, like warhammer. Table would have to be bigger, but think o...

Just me or does the cast lineup give every red-blooded man an adrenaline-induced boner? Right up until the point where officer Angel Batista makes his entry. http://www.rankopedia.com/CandidatePix/32547.gif I'd like to see Simon Pegg in it, for the hell of it. Since Li is in it, I guess anyone woul...

Question, and I don't even care about the answer because it doesn't matter, but I want the point to be made with the question. Why even make a thread telling us this, especially one with a poll? You obviousily don't care what people think and no matter HOW I argued this - it wouldn't matter. Even i...

consistent Then by your logic, we should just only have one forum for maximum activity. If that's my logic, then why haven't I suggested to merge all fora? No, it suits the boards activity, that's the logic. It just doesn't work well this way. When I go to general discussion, I don't wan...

But general gaming and sex, drugs, and RR are both active almost all the time. Active doesn't mean flooded or anywhere near it. Just because you see the forum icon uplit everytime you log on, it doesn't mean there's more than one or two posts there. (And mostly, there isn't) We have too many subfor...
